Sarah E. Dresher, MBA
Principal
With a background in electrical engineering and over eight years of experience in the residential new construction and renovation market, Sarah Dresher is redefining how technology is integrated into design-driven spaces. As Founder and Principal of Luxury Integrated Technologies (LIT), Sarah leads with a rare blend of technical expertise, design sensitivity, and entrepreneurial vision.
After recognizing a critical gap in technology planning during the design phase, Sarah launched LIT in 2022 to bridge the disconnect between integrators, architects, and designers. Today, her firm represents a curated portfolio of best-in-class manufacturers and collaborates with top integrators to deliver invisible, intuitive technology that enhances the beauty and functionality of luxury homes.
A certified presenter with both the AIA and IDCEC, Sarah is a trusted educator and advocate for smarter, more seamless integration practices. Her leadership has rapidly positioned LIT as a go-to resource across the Southeast U.S.—bringing eight premium brands to market and helping design professionals preserve architectural intent without compromising on innovation.

Stacy Barbara has worked in the Engineering and Construction industries for over 25 years. During that time, she held the positions of Budget Analyst and Project Coordinator. Stacy moved from New Jersey to North Carolina where she joined Luxury Integrated Technologies (LIT) as the Inside Sales Manager. With her strong computer skills, organizational ability as well as interpersonal skills she will be a valued addition to the LIT organization. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to the beach and listening to live music.

Sales Engineer
Weslie Kliment has a strong background in project management and sales for an electrical distributor. Her experience in electrical systems, combined with a deep understanding and eagerness to learn technology, allows her to effectively communicate the value of integrated smart solutions to homeowners, builders, and designers. Weslie is dedicated to bringing cutting-edge solutions to clients across the Southeast.

Sales Engineer
Emma brings extensive experience in sales and project management. Over seven years, she has worked with clients in Missouri, Kansas, Iowa, and Nebraska, earning a reputation for understanding their needs and delivering creative solutions.
As a Project Manager, she handled lighting projects from start to finish, managing schedules, budgets, and smooth installation. In her sales roles, she built strong relationships with contractors, distributors, architects, and engineers, introducing cutting-edge lighting and electrical products that transformed client spaces.
Emma is known for her excellent sales skills, organization, and dedication to customer satisfaction. She remains focused on improving client experiences and achieving great results.
Deb Giarratana
Sales Engineer
With a bachelor’s degree in film and video production and creative writing, Deb transitioned her account management and communication skills from ad agency work to become a manufacturers’ rep for smart home electronics.
After working in the consumer electronics industry for 11 years, she now helps integrators in the Southeast build their business with audio video integration; lighting control; fixtures; automated shading and energy management. Deb is a certified presenter for CEU credits for architects and designers and has 20 years of public speaking experience.

Dennis Beatty has over 29 years of experience in the lighting and low-voltage industry, specializing in systems design, landscape lighting, and business management. With extensive training from the American Lighting Association, CEDIA, and leading manufacturers, Dennis has developed a deep expertise in creating innovative and seamless lighting solutions that enhance both function and aesthetics.
His in-depth knowledge of lighting, low-voltage integration, and landscape lighting allows him to create tailored solutions for every project. With a strong technical foundation, Dennis simplifies the design process by delivering fully integrated, intuitive systems that elevate modern living spaces.
