Sarah E. Dresher MBA
CEO & Owner

Sarah Dresher has focused on the residential new construction and renovation market for over eight years. Sarah’s experience and degree in electrical engineering allow her to fully grasp the importance of concealing tomorrow’s technology in the home of today. She is certified as a presenter for both the American Institute of Architects (AIA) and the Interior Design Continuing Education Council (IDCEC).
In 2022, Sarah discovered a void in the lack of education for implementing technologies during the design phase. Luxury Integrated Technologies brings design services along with their best-in-class solutions. Through partnerships with technology integrators, and innovative manufacturers, her company helps architects, designers and builders maintain their design intent, create an easy-to-use experience, and allow technology to disappear into the hardscapes of the everyday home.

Stacy Barbara has worked in the Engineering and Construction industries for over 25 years. During that time, she held the positions of Budget Analyst and Project Coordinator. Stacy moved from New Jersey to North Carolina where she joined Luxury Integrated Technologies (LIT) as the Inside Sales Manager. With her strong computer skills, organizational ability as well as interpersonal skills she will be a valued addition to the LIT organization. When she is not working, she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, going to the beach and listening to live music.

Weslie Kliment has a strong background in project management and sales for an electrical distributor. Weslie is dedicated to bringing cutting-edge solutions to clients across the Southeast in states Georgia, Alabama, and Mississippi.

As a Project Manager, she handled lighting projects from start to finish, managing schedules, budgets,
and smooth installation. In her sales roles, she built strong relationships with contractors, distributors,
architects, and engineers, introducing cutting-edge lighting and electrical products that transformed
client spaces.
Now serving clients in Tennessee, Kentucky, and Mississippi, Emma is known for her excellent sales
skills, organization, and dedication to customer satisfaction. She remains focused on improving client experiences and achieving great results.
